Making a booking

You can make a booking with Universal Holiday Centre via our webpage or by telephone on 00 34 977 35 30 10. Our products are not available at any travel agency. The quickest and cheapest way to book is by Internet. All the accommodation options and prices are shown in a clear and orderly fashion. You will be able to see the same availability as our booking agents and the booking will be directly registered in our system. Once you have made your booking you will receive immediate confirmation via e-mail.

Confirmed bookings

Your booking will acquire confirmed status once you have provided us with your details and received the booking reference. In the case of changes or cancellations, we will apply the general conditions which are stated in the cancellations or modifications section. Please bear in mind that any changes or cancellations may entail additional costs.

Payment options

When you make a booking, whether by Internet or telephone, Universal Holiday Centre will request the following payments:

To confirm your booking you will need to pay 40% of the total amount via credit card or bank transfer. Once we have received your payment we will send you an e-mail confirming your booking. This confirmation message should be shown on arrival at our offices.

In the case of bank transfers, you will have 4 days to send us proof of payment via e-mail or fax. If we do not receive proof of payment, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

The remaining amount is payable on arrival at our assigned office (in cash or by credit card).

When the booking is made seven days or less from the date of your arrival, payment must be made by credit card and not by bank transfer or deposit.

Receiving confirmation of your booking via e-mail is quick, simple and economical. This documentation should be printed and presented at Universal Holiday Centre counter.

Booking liability

The person who makes the booking is considered the responsible party for the booking and for those they are travelling with. In addition, all correspondence will be made with that person and any modifications or cancellations must be made in writing by that person, showing proof that any travelling companions are in agreement with the changes made.

Modifications

Even after you have received booking confirmation, changes can still be made where possible. Each modification will be charged at €55 and any difference between the initial and current rates will also be payable. We do not accept changes to accommodation bookings which carry special rates. Only the person responsible for the booking is able to make changes.
